‘s-Hertogenbosch's Slager Museum has entertained guests with its works of art since 1861. A range of the paintings by the Slager family spanning over three generations are since 1970 on display. Dozens of works by eight painters from this wealthy family are available to art lovers including paintings, pieces of furniture and temporary exhibitions. The Slager Collection also boasts a number of oil paintings, water colours, drawings and etchings as well as ancient town plans of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, landscapes, village views, floral lithographs and portraits.
