One of the seven hills close to the Tiber River, the Palatine Hill is part of the main archaeological area of ancient Rome where different ancient settlements developed and joined together to build the city. It is definitely a nice place to explore, with tons of history behind it. Even though the whole scene is amazing, some points deserve special attention. So, take note of them: Palatine Museum, Hippodrome of Domitian, Farnese Gardens, House of Augustus, House of Livia, and Domus Flavia.
