In designing the place, the owners used four as the magic number—no matter its size, each room has an area for sleeping, eating, relaxing and working. Originally intended to be apartments, most of the large accommodations have two rooms, and amenities like a water kettle, refrigerator, phone, cable TV and private bathrooms with showers.
