Being Italian, I think I know a thing or two about pasta... and surely what you can find here does not qualify as anything Italian or Italian-styled. First of all some recipes leave me a bit confused (chicken meat with pasta? meh), so I took the safe road and went for a plate of Tagliatelle Frutti di Mare. First, it has no chili, therefore lacking of a spicy/tangy note. Second, it is literally floating in a sauce made of coconut milk, a product not used in Italian cuisine. Third, everyone who ever cooked pasta with garlic knows that you should take out the garlic clove after using it to flavor the oil, not add it (sliced) to the seasoning. Fourth and worst, my tagliatelle were absolutely overcooked. I know that the Italian idea of "al dente" differs slightly (or not-so-slightly) from the Eastern European habits, but come on... On the good side, the ambience is cozy and warm, albeit a bit tight on space.
