Crazy Honza is one of the new breed of Czech pubs: clean, sleek and eager to please. And it does, from the beer lines running under perspex in the floor to the classic menu and slivovice table. Honza is new and as such feels a little sterile, but the food - served on a china version of the metal prison tray to keep the gravy off your knedlíky - goes along way to warm us up. As do the fireplace, service and VH1 hits on TV. Delicious.
