Plebeian boiled pierogi can be had in countless restaurants across Poland, but Śródka's Na Winklu (On the Corner) goes beyond, offering an array of savoury and seldom-seen fillings, as well as oversized baked dumplings (shoutout to the delicious calzone-esque 'Italiano' pierogi stuffed with sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, peeled tomatoes, basil and garlic). The daily soups are also scrumptious and throughout the year you'll also find seasonal specials on the menu, like the autumnal dumplings with chanterelles, or the summer-season blueberry dumplings. The English menu makes it easy to order, and with the great location, hip interior and relaxed vibe, this crowd-pleasing family business can get plenty busy. A Śródka standby since 2015, they've absolutely earned their success.
