The exhibition of German artist and University of Poznań lecturer, Marc Tobias Winterhagen, attempts to address the many dilemmas of disability. The artist tests contemporary mechanisms of discrimination, in order to suggest that the origins of psychological discomfort within observers of disability can be associated with an observer’s own lingering fears of personally facing a similar handicap in the future.
