With a mission statement of "We offer vegetarian and vegan cuisine. We feed your body and head in a healthy way.", there's not really much more to complicate the concept of Poznań's Kuchnia PoWolność. This is casual modern vegan dining at its very best, and, as always, you can find a variety of dishes drawing inspiration from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, amongst others. For those looking to experience Polish cuisine without compromising on their diet, you can grab Kotlet Schabowy made with a soy substitute, or even a simple mushroom soup. Though, to be honest, there's so many other colourful wraps, burgers, and cooked salads, that it would be cruel to restrict yourself! Coffee and cakes, including a vegan-style Szarlotka, are also a good option for super laid-back meet ups.
