Situated right in front of the IBIS hotel this striking monument is about a 10 minute walk from the Old Town. Commemorating the so-called "anti-socialist elements" who the communist authorities "dealt with" by sending them to die in the Gulag in Siberia, it should be on everyone's list of things to see in Warsaw.
