When it comes to Japanese food in Łódź, there is some stiff competition. However, visitors need not look any further than Tabu Sushi. Admittedly, you'll have to journey a little away from the main drag, but it's certainly worth the trip! The sushi and sashimi is nothing short of perfection, immaculately prepared by the artistic hands of kitchen masters.
We are big fans of the Kiushi roll set, which is a wonderous assembly of braised eel, mango, siracha and a rounded slice of fresh tuna on top. As you can probably tell from the ingredients, there are external influences from traditional Japanese cooking.

You will find hints of Thai and Korean food, which is not too unusual in a country like Poland. However, at Tabu, they have really made it work and the fusion is...how can we put it?...seamless! You will also find a slew of flavourful ramen bowls, miso, salads, and other noodlings.
