It was here after all that the Polish kings feasted and entertained, and that historical tradition continues to inspire the kitchen today - a very professional outfit who turn out outstanding traditional dishes like mead-marinated foie gras, mushroom soup in a bread bowl, roasted duck, pheasant, and other royally delicious regional dishes.
