The name translates as 'The Hunter', and this - probably the most upmarket of Poiana's restaurants - serves some very upmarket food indeed. The interior has a rustic-modern vibe which never feels as though it's going to far, and the staff are in our experience the most efficient in the resort. Dishes include sausages made from wild boar, bear steaks and heaps of other, very tasty game dishes: the wild duck is particularly good. Splendid terrace with amazing views. You will find it behind the little wooden church, half way between the two cable cars.
