The hill spur next to Alipostivan village 20km north of Përmet has a large Bektashi religious centre, the Tekke of Baba Aliut, consisting of various green-domed buildings and prayer rooms. Founded in the 18th century, it was destroyed by both the Turks and the Greeks, but has been rebuilt and recently renovated. The tekke festival is on May 14.
