Although Tilburg is teeming with sushi restaurants, Sushi Koi still stands out. The menu consists of 29 vegetarian dishes as well as several types of sushi and a number of tender meat dishes, including pork and beef tenderloin. If you make an early reservation you’ll be able to sit outside on the large terrace, which is an excellent place to people watch – everyone’s guilty pleasure. You can also do the same from the restaurant’s conservatory, which looks out over the Heuvel. Sushi Koi employs an all-you-can-eat principle with one strict house rule: if you’ve ordered too much you have to pay a fine of between €1 - 3 depending on the dish to discourage waste.
