The chef at L'an Rouge is Michel Devillers who is passionate about cooking and leads a foundation of cooking class. Participants will visit the market in the Old Town to be taught how to select fresh ingredients. Participants also learn how to pair a good wine with the food they have cooked. This is a full day class starting at 7:30 am and finish at 3 pm. Visitors of Nice in the boats at Nice Port may request a food service from the chef and food would be delivered to their boat.
