Aude Bertaux, is the chef and owner at Cuisine sur Cours, a cooking school that she uses as a platform to share her knowledge of cooking and her food passion. Her focus is on homemade food cooked in an artsy way. All are welcome to her school, including visitors to Nice who want a good experience with French food. There are 9 people in every class and a kitchen towel, apron, products and a recipe are provided.
