This immense, octagonal, Lutheran church was built from 1881 - 1884 as part of the Kreenholm factory complex. World War Two bombs heavily damaged the structure and destroyed the 61 m tower, but the church has since been refurbished and is now functioning again. The magnificent church tower has been rebuilt. There are many concerts and other events which take place here, if you’re lucky you might just catch one of them.
