We've often visited Tandem over the years. Tandem specializes in cooking Ragu sauce, a sunday specialty in Naples, every day of the week. Their Ragu can be eaten on its own with bread or on a plate of pasta before indulging in a main course. We're delighted to see that new locations have appeared in the historic center since our last visit. There is now also a gluten-free pasta option, and explanding chouces for vegetarians.
