We’ll never get tired of these expansive Ottoman villas and Blagaj’s Velagić House is another one to add to the list. Built in 1776, this is a stunning monument to Ottoman engineering, masonry and design, a sumptuous window into the everyday lives of the rich and famous from back in the day. You can also get the chance to be shown around the house by a descendent of the Velagić family, which is a nice touch.
