The recently opened mini-hotel Kadm is one of the budget-line hotels which Minsk so obviously falls short of. Housed in a modern five-story building, it offers 27 comfortable rooms, ranging from economy class to spacious semi-suites. The rooms come with double beds and orthopedic mattresses, upholstered furniture, LCD TVs and free wi-fi. The hotel benefits from its location in a rapidly developing part of Minsk with excellent infrastructure: not far you’ll find a hypermarket, a mini-market, the city’s zoo and dolphinarium, the Chizhovskoie reservoir, and a major sports and entertainment complex, the Chizhovka Arena, presently under construction. Despite its young age, the mini-hotel can boast of having won regular customers and a good reputation among visitors to the capital.
