Not many restaurants in Manchester come with as big a reputation as Mana, but then not many kitchens are headed up by a man who honed his skills at the world’s best restaurant (Noma in Copenhagen, if you were wondering). Mana serves up stunning dishes in a refreshingly informal environment, proving once and for all that fine dining doesn’t necessarily mean stuffy atmospheres and wealth. If anyone tells you British food has no style or identity, direct them here.
