The Swiss Path is a hiking trail consisting of easy walks around the southern end of Lake Lucerne. It was set up for the 7th centenary of the Swiss Confederation in 1991 and features 35km of trails. But don't worry, it' s split into sections, so you can easily walk or hike for just a couple of kilometres. A section of the path has been allocated to each of the Swiss 26 cantons and each Swiss inhabitant is represented by 5mm of the path. Check out the different sections of the path on its website.
