For decades now, Switzerland has had a strong reputation in hospitality training and education. The Swiss Education Group is one of the largest private educators in the country, who run five schools across seven campuses in Switzerland. It offers various bachelor and master programmes in the fields of hospitality, tourism, entrepreneurship and business management, as well as shorter courses for professionals. It currently has some 6,500 students from 111 countries. Its schools include César Ritz Colleges in Le Bouveret, Lucerne and Brig, the Culinary Arts Academy in Le Bouveret and Lucerne, the Hotel Institute in Montreux and the Swiss Hotel Management School in Caux and Leysin.
