This unassuming restaurant specialises in good cuts of meat from the charcoal grill, namely rib-eye steaks, veal, bison, pork and chicken. Each dish comes with six original sauces including ginger-gin-BBQ and 'black gold' (concentrated veal bone extract) and you can order side dishes for 5Sfr/portion. Menus are seasonal, the service is friendly and breakfast food as well as a good-value two-course lunch are also available. The ambience is nothing to write home about, but the tender meat just might be.
