This independent, traditional and innovative bakery is located in the heart of the old town. Its breads and cakes are handmade by experienced bakers using local produce, old recipes and high quality ingredients - you can taste the difference! Local favourites include the vanilla croissants and the 100% urdinkel (spelt) bread. On Tuesdays and Saturdays they have a market stand down by the river (in front of Starbucks) and have integrated a post office counter into the shop, in case you need stamps whilst picking up some bread, a sandwich, a snack, cakes or a soya cappuccino.
