We don’t need a flowery intro here because surely “a five-star boutique hotel in a 16th-century house” does all the work? Hotel Alter is spectacular from start to finish, from its spacious rooms and delicious food to fabulous wellness facilities. Alter also has a billiard hall if you need more convincing. It also happens to be fabulous value for money. Can we stay here forever?
