It might come as somewhat of a surprise, but London took its time warming up to the international coffee revolution. It is more than making up for lost time now, with a fine roster of cafes taking their coffee very seriously. Tea dominates this town however, and there are few more stereotypically ‘English’ experiences than afternoon tea and a gossip.
