Slovenia's largest telecoms operator runs the most reliable network with the highest coverage area in the country - from the mountains and valleys of the Alps to (literal) underground night clubs in Ljubljana. It's far and away the favoured choice amongst locals and especially businesses, but of course this come at a higher price than the competition, including for prepaid Mobi packages that would be the most suitable option for short-term visitors.
