In the heart of Ljubljana this recently opened bakery celebrates a particular type of pastry that dates back to the 18th century. At one time it was only found in Hungary but thanks to Sisters Kurtoš this delicious dough is enjoying somewhat of a revival. The pastries are made fresh every morning and with any number of fillings can be served sweet, cold or salty.
