If you aren’t into the gory side of the human body, this might not be the museum for you. The Thackray Medical Museum takes the visitor by the hand and carries them through the quite incredible world of museum, a history of development and genius, all of which is geared towards ridding humans of the ills that torment us so. The museum is currently undergoing a massive refurbishment and is thus closed, but frequent events are held there nonetheless. It’ll return, and the visitors will return with it.
