One of the great quintessentially beautiful buildings in the centre of Leeds, the Grand Theatre is totally deserving of the first word of its moniker. The theatre, built in 1878, is a bit of an architectural mix and match that takes plenty of influence from its time and cherrypicks the best bits, creating a sumptuous building in which theatre can thrive. 1,500 people pile into the place on the reg, with a full schedule taking place to this day.
