Walking through the door, we felt as if we were suddenly transported to central Asia. Everyone is wearing Uzbek traditional costumes and if you wish, you can buy one for yourself or purchase one of the handmade dishes or other gifts. The cuisine is Uzbek and some Moroccan and the restaurant holds a Halal Certificate. Much of the food & ingredients are imported and there is an open grill which gives that special aroma that carries throughout the restaurant. Everyone was supper friendly and spoke English as did the menu. An average meal costs around 350Hr. There is a business lunch weekdays from 12:00-16:00 for just 85Hr. On Friday & Saturday there is the “chef’s special” – something the chef offers that’s not on the menu for 180Hr. There are TV monitors set up for football and there is a belly dancer from 20:00 daily except Monday & Tuesday.
