At the end of the 19th century, the major organ producer in Kutná Hora, Jan Tuček, began the construction of his family villa connected with an organ workshop and warehouses in the hillside below St. Barbara’s Cathedral. And it is this very building that now houses U varhanáře Villa. The Villa offers its guests 10 rooms, a summer terrace with 100 seats and a heated area for 25 persons. The restaurant inside can seat 45 guests in 3 lounges. The hotel is located right on the pedestrian zone in the immediate vicinity of the Jesuit College. Therefore, it does not have its own parking lot (you can park in the street above or at the Opat Hotel), but the view of St. Barbara’s Cathedral, the Jesuit College, the St. James Church and the Italian Court is unique and the only one this complete in the city.
