The hotel is located in the historical centre of the city, in the close vicinity of Palacky Square, in the lane leading to the Italian Court. The building dates back to the late 15th century and has undergone total reconstruction. The current appearance of the building is from 1994, when the hotel first opened. On the ground floor there is a cosy restaurant with 70 seats. 10 standard double standard rooms with windows offer a stunningly beautiful view of the panorama of Kutná Hora.
