There is nothing more Polish than pierogi (dumplings) -  simply put, pierogi are Poland's national dish! There are countless ways one can stuff them, with cheese, potatoes, sauerkraut, mushrooms and cabbage, fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.). They can be made of various kinds of flour, including gluten-free. Pierogi can be seasoned, sweet or spicy, cooked, fried or baked - there is almost an infinite number of possibilities. Kraków Pierogi Festival is a perfect opportunity to taste not only Polish dumplings but also Spanish, Japanese, Tibetan or Indian. There will be an endless amount to choose from!
