This is truth in advertising at its best. World of Amber is, literally, a world filled with all things amber. Interested in a three-masted pirate ship made of amber? How about a goblet trimmed in amber? A glasses case? Beyond these unusual trinkets World of Amber also has the usual beads, rings, neck-breaking pendants and bracelets that are a must-have souvenir. The shop has a large number of knowledgeable staff, which means you’re never left lingering over a glass case waiting in vain for service. Which we like even more than the chess set made entirely of amber. We swear. Also at ul. Piwna 12/14 and ul. Piwna 26.

Can anybody help me contact the World of Amber in Warsaw? We traveled to Poland last September, 2015 and I purchased a ring there and in November one of the stones fell out of the ring. I immediately sent the ring back to see if they could replace the stone or the ring. It is now March of 2016 and I have not heard anything or received anything in the mail. I tried to contact someone online in regard to this and did not receive a reply that way either. I am at a loss and do not know what to do to try and resolve my problem. I am open to any advice anyone can give me. We really enjoyed Poland and I would like my souvenir ring back. Please help!!! Thank you Cheryl

My friends and I were visiting Krakow and definitely wanted to buy some Amber jewellery. This shop had the most amazing number of items on display - literally hundreds of necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, in many colours of amber either in silver or gold. They had a great choice available. Unfortunately, the staff let the shop down. Two girls were working at the time we called in to view many items, before finally choosing something to buy. Their attitude was neither pleasant nor helpful I'm sorry to say, and so different from the normal sunny disposition one expects from salespeople in a quality retail outlet. I don't think we were met with a smile once. Had I not fallen for a partcular piece I really wanted to buy, I would have been strongly tempted to let them lose the sale and go elsewhere. My genuine advice is please improve your attitude to your buying public. A smile and a pleasant exchange with people costs nothing, but can bring you far more in terms of sales.
