Always one of the city's most lovely dining environments, the impressive high-ceilinged atrium with its glass roof and open layout is well suited to a more casual vibe, the bar at its centre brings everyone together, and an effluence of green foliage adds to the al fresco ambiance. The simple Italian classics - creamy carbonara, rich eggplant parmigiana and light tiramisu - are made using only the most authentic ingredients sourced straight from Big Boot, and each meal is accompanied by fresh-baked foccaccio served with several olive oils from different regions. An excellent choice for gathering friends, the breakfast buffet each morning is a treat, or drop in with colleagues for delicious cocktails under the stars.
