Tucked sweetly into a quiet corner of Kazimierz, this tidy little cafe run by two sisters opens early and keeps it simple. The curt breakfast menu offers two columns of options - sweet and savoury - plus delicious cakes and coffee, including Aeropress, Kalita pourovers and filtered coffee (almost unheard of in Europe). Served until 13:00, the inventive breakfasts options include poached eggs, chimichurri sauce, marinated onions, marinated beets, feta and cream cheese on a Belgian waffle (dayum), or the kimchi tuna melt, while the American-style pancakes with salted caramel and carmelised bananas should be awarded a Presidential Medal. The prices are very reasonable, and you can see why this is a favourite roost of local ladies on lazy mornings.
