Pizzeria 00's 'one thing' is authentic Neopolitan-style pizza, made almost exclusively from imported, certified ingredients, prepared according to exacting tradition (dough is left to sit for 48hrs), and baked for only 60 seconds in their pride and joy - the 500-degree brick wood-fired pizza oven they painstakingly stacked in the corner of this small locale. Only eight different pizzas are offered - each of them 28cm (perfect for one person); the crust is light and chewy, and the results are inscrutable.
