Niepołomice Castle hosts no less than five permanent exhibits, with plenty of space for occasional temporary exhibits as well. Though not an official branch, two collections curated by the Kraków National Museum are on permanent view, namely 'Sukiennice 2: Known and Unknown' - an excellent collection from the 19th Century Polish Art Gallery that spans eight rooms, and 'European Salon' - Western European 17-20th century painting and sculpture; though there isn't any info in English (unless you arrange for a tour guide in advance), these are still the castle's premier and best-presented exhibits, and one 10zł ticket gets you into both of them. All other exhibits are individually ticketed at 5zł each and entirely skippable, with the exception of perhaps the castle's original exhibit on the culture and tradition of the Polish royal hunts; comprising centuries of hunting trophies from monarchical forays into the Niepołomice Forest, visitors will see plenty of pelts, horn mounts, and expertly-taxidermied brown bears, moose, European bison, frighteningly large wild boars, 12-pointed stags, beavers, badgers, birds and more, plus a special room of exotic trophies taken during Polish hunting expeditions in the African savannah. A separate exhibition in the Castle chapel gives a deposition on the historical Parish Church in Niepołomice, and there's also a tiny exhibit on Włodzimierz Puchałski - a Polish pioneer of nature films and photography. One-hour guided tours of the castle and most exhibits are available in English and Russian, but must be arranged at least 7 days in advance (100zł).
