This special concert, entitled 'My love, my joy,' will take place on Valentine's Day in Galicia Jewish Museum. Hear the romantic melodies of this set of songs performed in the Ladino language, characteristic of the musical culture of Sephardic Jews - the cultural heirs of the Jews expelled from Spain and Portugal in the 15th century. These vibrant, expressive, but also moody and melancholic songs bring to mind the atmosphere of the Mediterranean, intertwined with Spanish, Arabic, Greek and Balkan musical influences. Sung by Urszula Makosz and performed on piano, guitar, violin, viola, mandolin and percussion, the set also features unique instruments like the ravanhuta.
