Łaźnia Nowa, meaning the New Baths, is the one of the youngest theatres in Kraków. Opened on January 1st, 2005, the Nowa Huta establishment is located in post-industrial halls of a former technical school, as one would expect from the district. While the theatre does not have its own actors, it does invite performers and directors who wish to collaborate. Łaźnia Nowa is also responsible for the creation of three new festivals: Genius Loci, Boska Komedia (The Divine Comedy), and the Mrożek Festival. In addition to the theatre stage, Łaznia Nowa also features the cafe/bar Klub Kombinator - the best place to go for a drink in Nowa Huta.
