A small and seemingly little-known seasonal garden, this bar/cafe on the rooftop of the Judaica Foundation offers okay, but hardly great, views over Plac Nowy below. Run by the same folks as the amazing Mleczarnia beer garden next door, this modern roof terrace lacks the same chimerical atmosphere, but the intimacy, views and sunshine make it the perfect place for an after work drink. If the weather's being obstinate, or if you're here between November and March, enjoy the green interior of the ground floor cafe which has a lot more soul than you'd expect from the modern setting.
Roof terrace open April to end of October only.

I've been there. Great idea but a bit misguided as it seems like they decided to build their terrace in the middle of the building instead of on the corner overlooking Plac Nowy. A nice escape from the crowds below, you place your order by intercom so that the waitresses don't have to trek up and down the stairs for no reason. The fact that you can't take a decent picture of Plac Nowy from here kind of says all you need to know about the views, however.
