Right near MOCAK, this indoor food hall offers six diverse food concepts in a clean, cafeteria-style environment. While the bar for these types of places is pretty high and Hala Lipowa's gastro offering aren't amazing, extra points are awarded for the excellent multi-tap bar offering local craft beer and cocktails. Although there's not a tonne of space, they organise a surprising amount of events, ranging from fun family functions to late night DJ dance parties. Conscious of the offices in the area (and school), each eatery offers a budget lunch offer each weekday (12:00-16:00), making this a good option for fuelling up before or after tackling one of Zabłocie's museums.
