This French supermarket chain has quite a lot of traction in Kraków. In fact, there was absolute outrage when they opened a small Carrefour Express in the Cloth Hall; so much so that the city broke their contract and closed it down immediately. Carrefour Express can be found all over the city centre, while their hypermarkets are in most of the city's shopping malls, including Zakopianka Centre (listed here), Galeria Krakowska (ul. Pawia 5) and Kraków Plaza (Al. Pokoju 44); also at ul. Medweckiego 2 (Czyżyny) and ul. Witosa 7 (Podgórze Duchackie).
