Designed with a warm, vaguely industrial aesthetic, this bistro, bakery & bar à vin is one of the smartest locales on Plac Nowy. Although the French influences are overt, they've been utilised to create a uniquely 'Polish bistro' based on local culinary heritage and fresh ingredients. Changing quarterly, you'll find an even split of hot and cold dishes on the menu, including  maczanka, raw oysters, beef tartare and other dishes that are perfectly complemented by bread, butter and wine.
