One of Kraków's more unique annual events, the Audio Art Festival combines sound and art in singular and experimental ways. Events take the form of concerts, performances, installations, or a combination of all three, as new sources of sound are created that are specific to their exact time and space. In most shows the composer, designer and performer are combined into a single unit. With performers that come from around the world, the influences cover a wide spectrum.

2024 represents the 32nd year of the festival and most events will be held in Hevre, with additional events at the Academy of Music (ul. Św. Tomasza 43), and Potocki Palace. In addition to avant garde audio artists from all over Poland, this year's lineup features acts from as afar afield as Chicago, Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Barcelona, Ghent, Prague and many more.
