You’ll hear mixed reports about Ariel; while our last visit was underwhelming, we've met many who extol the virtues of this veteran restaurant's varied Jewish cuisine. The setting is typical of the district, with antiques and heirlooms alluding to the Kazimierz of yesteryear, and a set of rooms decorated in a charmingly cluttered style. The live klezmer music is a popular draw and quintessential tourist experience, though you may appreciate it less when you learn you are being charged to listen to it. In spring and summer performances take place daily, but in winter you should call to find out; either way reservations are recommended.

Was there on the evening 10th Sept 2011. very dissapointed overall was looking forward to a nice evening with my wife. I had booked it with Crakow Tours and was told to be their for 7.30 which we were and the evening would take at least 2 hours. The meal was a set meal which we were not told about when we booked it the soup (house special beef and veg)was beautiful the main course was terrible chicken and wedges covered in a B B Q sauce for desert it was supposed to be cheese cake but I think it was some kind of ice cream and the music was very good the three tunes that they played and then they disappeared overall it was a very disappointing evening
