Owned by the Polish Academy of Sciences, this 'museum' is actually a research centre for the Institute of Geological Sciences, with one tiny room dedicated to purveying information to the general public about the rocks and geological structures in the Kraków region. They've rather thoughtfully provided an English-language brochure to demystify the Polish-only displays, but unless you're a geologist you'll probably find the exhibit about as interesting as a box of rocks; as a tourist you really have no business being here unless you're nearby when there's a sudden meteorite shower (in which case you'll find the place hastily abandoned).
