Amiable owner and chef Francesco from Milan welcomes guests with open arms, generously laying the tables with cheeses, meats, olives and hot dishes like his luxurious lasagna. Book ahead if you can, but even if you just drop in there’s a shop too, where you can buy Italian food and rather special, hard-to-find wines.
